March has brought on so many milestones for women worldwide, and so many worldwide changes…. 


We as women still have to ‘March on in the Month of March’…


So let’s be optimistic…let’s think of planning ahead for Summer!!

It’s now March, and a lot of families are still dreaming of taking a “Summer holiday” in a few months’ time.

One thing that comes with “Summer” around the world, is sunshine, nice beaches; summer clothes, ice cream, fun time, family time etc. 

The need to be in “great shape” for the “Summer” holidays becomes paramount. 

There are many ideas around to help us get into “great shape” and remain healthy.

Let’s look at some tips on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, that could put us in “great shape” (physically & financially) for the “Summer holidays”.

Tip 1: Have a checkup before your holidays. (including a check up on your BANK Account).

Tip 2: Eat a balanced diet, (even when you spoil yourself with the odd ice cream, 'balance your bank accounts’ by PLANNING AHEAD). 

Tip 3: Eat lots of fruits. 

Tip 4: Foods with high fibre, are good for our diet. 

Tip 5: Take walks as often as possible.

Tip 6: Water is life... Drink plenty of it.

Tip 7: Sleep and rest well… (you’re going on vacation remember).

Tip 8: Read a book or magazine and relax.

Tip 9: Engage in fun exercises. (‘Calculations’ can be fun when the numbers add up!!)

Tip 10 Laugh a lot… Enjoy the company of friends and family.
