Coronavirus is real!
The world is also changing to cope with the health challenges coronavirus is bringing.
As women, we must now brace up and equip ourselves with facts on what to do in our own personal spaces & homes to stay safe.
A few tips:
Don’t panic. (Let’s do what we can).
Yes… Wash our hands regularly and sanitize! (This includes grandma, nannies, drivers, stewards, helps at home, ‘Mai guard’, and ‘Oga at home’).
Prepare – stock your home with basic medications and disinfectants & get Medical help line numbers at your fingertips. E.g Your pharmacy, your neighbourhood health centre , etc.
Ensure your ATM Cards are functional – (online purchases may be the order of the day as we practice ‘social distancing’).
Stay positive – think of keeping the family happy and safe by watching movies, playing board games, and even telling stories (as you may have more time on hand to spend with your family during compulsory isolation periods set by governments, offices, places of worship, etc.)
Safety is key all the time especially during this period!
NB: We welcome your tips for staying safe during this period.
